Vacation Rental Description

Walk right out onto the beach from this sunlit beachfront townhouse 
overlooking the Gulf waters in quaint Indian Rocks Beach.  This condo 
is in a 4-unit complex aptly named “Gulf Waters” due to our unique 
views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Ours is one of the few, if not the  
only,complexes with direct beach access plus beach and Gulf views  
from all of the units.  This is the kind of place where you’ll feel  
free to roam around barefoot in your bathing suit all day long.   
 
Your two-story townhouse is elevated one story above ground level, 
with convenient covered parking right underneath the building, and  
two stairway accesses up one story to enter the unit.  Enjoy your  
Gulf-front private balcony right outside the living room sliding  
glass doors, or lounge on your private wood beachside deck at ground  
level. 
 
It’s just a short walk down the “back” stairs of this unit to deck  
level, located about 50 yards from the surf.  You can watch the 
tangerine sun set every evening with the sea oats in silhouette from 
your living room, balcony, deck or beach.

The carpeted living/dining room on the first level features a 
cathedral ceiling and lots of light for a spacious, open feeling.  
Enjoy the water views and sunsets from the almost the entire unit,  
including the fully equipped kitchen.  A roomy half bath and  
laundry/storage room equipped with full size washer and dryer,  
complete the first floor.  Non-carpeted floors are hardwood. 
 
The stairs and entire second story are fully carpeted.  
The master bedroom, with attractive storage built-ins, overlooks the  
living room and the Gulf.  This roomy suite, with queen bed,  
includes a private bathroom with tub and shower.  A large closet  
with mirrored doors provides ample storage.  
 
The second bedroom is right next door to a second full bath with tub  
and shower. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and features  
a large closet.   
 
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps an additional two  
people.   
 
The kitchen with new refrigerator, self-cleaning oven and microwave, 
has all you need for meal preparations.  Or you may prefer to try  
some of the excellent nearby restaurants within blocks of the unit.

Just minutes away from the following activities: jet ski rentals;  
parasailing; fishing charter boats; sunset cruises; casino gambling  
boats; scuba diving; miniature golf; shopping; movie theaters, art 
galleries and museums, live theater, tennis courts; and golf  
courses!   
 
Spring training for several major league teams within 20 minutes to  
an hour’s drive.  Busch Gardens/Adventure Island water park are  
about 45 minutes away.  Dali and Fine Arts Museum/American Stage  
theater in St. Petersburg about a 30-40 minute drive away.  Ybor  
City historic section of Tampa about 35 minutes away.  Disney  
World/Sea World/Universal parks about 90-120 minutes drive. 
  
SunCoast beach trolley closeby - will take you from Treasure Island  
to Clearwater Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price.  
Trolley also goes to St. Pete Beach and St. Pete.  Restaurant and  
barhop, shop, and see the sites without using your car!

December-April: $3500 monthly 
May-November: $3000 monthly 
Discounts available for multi-month rentals 
Weekly rates also available upon request 
 
All rates are plus 12% county and state tax and $100 cleaning fee 
 
Deposit of 15% required to reserve unit.  
Pet deposit: $200 for monthly rental 
This is a non-smoking unit.
