Close to Lakeway. 3 miles from 620 and 2222. 1 mile from Mansfield
Dam Park and 1/2 miles from Marshall Ford Marina and Tom Hughs Park.
Approximately 20 miles from Austin.

2 fireplaces, 2 living areas, open bar, full kitchen,completely
furnished. Reverse osmosis water, 1 jetted tub in guest bathroom and
master holds a jacuzzi tub, 4 bedrooms; 2 king, 1 queen, & 2 twins.
Large master bath with balcony. Air conditioning, washer & dryer,
linens provided, cable digital TV, stereo & dvd. Refrigerator,
dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, new cooking utensils.

Parking area with boat turnaround, 5 covered decks, BBQ grill under
large covered deck, waterfall with 2 dipping pools for lounging.
Boat dock is available across the street @ $50. per day.
