Vacation Rental Description

  
 Corner upstairs 1-bedroom unit with two patios,one is sunny and with 
mountain views and the other is shady with a beautiful park setting 
of the Mesquite Club grounds. Gated community with pools, jacuzzi 
and tennis courts. Covered parking next to the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New A/C, heater, ceiling fan, 2 TV's with cable and DVD player, 
washer & dryer in unit. Full Kitchen, including microwave, 
dishwasher, cookware,utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.  
Queensize bed and twin in bedroom, both with new pillowtop 
mattresses.  Phone in unit: free incoming, local and 800 calls.  
Rollaway bed available for 4th person. Gas Bar-B-Q on deck.

Activities and Attractions

Golf at Mesquite Country Club or any of the many other courses in 
Palm Springs.  Search on "Palm Springs" for full info on all that 
the area offers, plus current events -- far too much to list here.

(Owner is not very handy with email.)  Owner *WILL* answer all calls
promptly.

Payments:  Personal check, Money Order. Credit cards OK for foreign 
nationals. Add 4%. 
Booking Deposit: $200.  Receipt of your Booking Deposit is required 
in order to hold your dates. The Deposit also serves as a security
deposit and is refundable.  It guarantees that the next guests will
find everything clean and "ship shape." The security deposit is also 
a guarantee that the keys and gate access card are returned within 5 
days of your departure.  If all is found in good order, your entire 
deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after your departure.

Full Payment: The Rental Amount is due 4 weeks in advance of your
arrival date.  On receipt of full payment, the keys, gate passes and
maps will be mailed to you along with a self addressed return 
envelope.  If the Rental Amount is not received, the
booking will be cancelled, and the Booking Deposit will not be 
refunded.

Cleaning Fees:  Save the cleaning fee by (1) spending about one hour
before departure washing and drying all towels, sheets, etc., you 
have used, folding and putting them away in the linen closet; and (2)
running the vacuum in the carpet areas and cleaning the kitchen and
bathroom. All cleaning equipment and supplies are available in the
unit, including the clothes washer and dryer. Or, if you prefer, a
$90 cleaning fee can be deducted from the amount of your Booking 
Deposit. Be sure to let owner know in advance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancelled booking, a
proportional amount of the Booking Deposit will be refunded, based on
the amount of advance notice provided.
