Payments: Personal check, Money Order. Credit cards OK for foreign
nationals. Add 4%.
Booking Deposit: $200. Receipt of your Booking Deposit is required
in order to hold your dates. The Deposit also serves as a security
deposit and is refundable. It guarantees that the next guests will
find everything clean and "ship shape." The security deposit is also
a guarantee that the keys and gate access card are returned within 5
days of your departure. If all is found in good order, your entire
deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after your departure.

Full Payment: The Rental Amount is due 4 weeks in advance of your
arrival date. On receipt of full payment, the keys, gate passes and
maps will be mailed to you along with a self addressed return
envelope. If the Rental Amount is not received, the
booking will be cancelled, and the Booking Deposit will not be
refunded.

Cleaning Fees: Save the cleaning fee by (1) spending about one hour
before departure washing and drying all towels, sheets, etc., you
have used, folding and putting them away in the linen closet; and (2)
running the vacuum in the carpet areas and cleaning the kitchen and
bathroom. All cleaning equipment and supplies are available in the
unit, including the clothes washer and dryer. Or, if you prefer, a
$90 cleaning fee can be deducted from the amount of your Booking
Deposit. Be sure to let owner know in advance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancelled booking, a
proportional amount of the Booking Deposit will be refunded, based on
the amount of advance notice provided.
