                               $2300 per month + tax 
 
 October 2007 thru April: $1000 per week + tax 
                               $3500 per month + tax 
 
A 25% Deposit upon reservation 
Balance Due upon arrival 
 
Cancellation policy: Full refund 30 days prior to arrival 
                     Within 30 days deposit forfeits.
