best part of ST Thomas being literally one to two minutes to the 
ferry terminal where the ferrys go to St John, Tortola, Jost Van 
Dyke,St Croix. The best part of that is that when you come back from 
the days excursion you are only a couple of minutes back to a hot 
shower and dinner. Also the town of Red Hook where the ferrys leave 
from, offer all the amenities like gas , postal, markets, movie 
rentals, ice cream, bars and restaurants, Its a great spot with 
three swimming pools to choose from and three beaches. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Small kitchen , lovely balcony with great views, cable tv, pools , 
beaches, and its safe. towels and room safe , air conditioning, and 
quiet.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows, Summer Season May 1 to Dec 15 $805.00 per 
week or $115.00 and up per night.Add $20.00 for any person 10 years 
or older. Winter Season Dec 15 to april 30 $945.00 or $135.00 and up 
per night and add $20.00 per person 10 Years or older.   With weekly 
Maid service Summer Season May 1 to Dec 15 weekly $910.00. And 
Winter season Dec 16 to April 30 $1050.00 weekly.    Also ask about 
our promotional rates and special rates for stays longer than 2 
weeks.
