bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom.
* The MAIN LEVEL includes a gorgeous yet extremely comfortable living
room featuring a magnificent floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and a
wonderful cushioned bay window. A TV, DVD/VCR, cable and surround
sound stereo offer entertainment as well. Off the living room is a
quiet reading area---great for relaxing and enjoying the mountain
range through the sliding glass doors.

living room. Cushioned deck chairs and table are provided.

This luxurious Wentworth Resort townhome is a four season home with
plenty of year-round activity to offer. It's all here in the Jackson
area: mountains, rushing rivers, old-fashioned railway rides, covered
bridges, downhill and Nordic skiing, ice skating, sleigh rides,
snowshoeing, hiking trails, a cog railway up Mt. Washington,
festivals and attractions, theme parks and musical events, mountain-
biking trails, white water rafting, art shows, antiquing, historical
sites, theater, craft fairs, and almost any other recreational,
sporting or cultural activity that you might find interesting. As you
can tell from these suggestions, the many attractions of the White
Mountains surround us.
In Summer, fill your days with outdoor activities: hiking, fishing,
biking, golfing, canoeing, reading on our porch or deck, or that
perennial sport: tax free outlet shopping, a scenic drive with stops
at the endless number of antique shops or lounge in a mountain
stream. Summer nights in Jackson are amazing! Enjoy the cool mountain
air and star-filled skies.
In Winter, the nights are warmed by crackling fires, and days are
filled with your favorite outdoor activity. Downhill skiing is nearby
at areas offering a challenge for every skill level, or try the
remarkably varied and rigorous cross-country skiing on the trails of
the neighboring Jackson Ski Touring Foundation. You can purchase
discounted lift tickets at nearby shops for Attitash, Black Mountain,
Cranmore Mountain Resort and Wildcat Mountain.
The Wentworth Golf Club:
Our home is wonderfully located on the 11th tee. This public golf
course offers the most convenient, yet challenging round of golf for
our guests. This beautiful 18 hole golf course is the focus of
Jackson Village with outstanding views of the majestic White
Mountains.
Cross country skiing:
This Wentworth Resort home provides ideal ski lodging. It is located
on 158KM of groomed cross country ski trails which are part of the
extensive Jackson Ski Touring Foundation trail network, and fifteen
minutes from the cross country ski trail network of Great Glen Trails
at the base of Mt. Washington. From our home you can simply ski right
out from your back door.
Alpine/Downhill Skiing:
Our townhome is located within fifteen minutes from four downhill ski
areas:
Black Mountain a family friendly and very affordable ski area located
right in Jackson Village.
Cranmore Mountain fifteen minutes away in North Conway offers a
variety of trails suitable for all ages and levels of skiing.
Attitash Bear Peak and Wildcat Mountain offer more challenging skiing.
We are also located just minutes to Story Land, Santa's Village, and
the Alpine Slide at Attitash.

• 2 nights minimum rental.
• This three bedroom townhome will accommodate 6 people.
• Payment Policy:
If booking 30 days or less prior to arrival- Full balance is
required. If booking 31 days or more prior to arrival- 1/2 balance is
required to secure reservation, with remaining balance required 30
days prior to arrival. All payments in check or money order.
• Security Deposit of $200 for weekly rentals and $100 for weekend
rentals is required. This is returned after the unit is inspected and
keys are returned to owner.
• Cancellation Policy:
Deposit refunded for cancellation up to 30 days prior to the
arrival date, with a $25 processing fee. Full refund less $150 if
cancellation notice is given less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• All linens and towels will be provided for the number of guests
agreed upon. Unit will be inspected and professionally cleaned upon
your departure.
