Paradise await you! This brand new, beautiful, three
bedroom, two bath, ground level home is located on quiet Third
Street, just a block from the Atlantic Ocean and a block and a half
from the fabulous Cabana Club which you may use at no charge during
your stay. The centrally air conditioned house features a wonderful open floor
plan, sunny southern exposure and lovely new decorator
furnishings. The private, landscaped back yard has a gas grill,
lounge chairs, and a dining table for your exclusive use.

Free membership to the Cabana Club is included with all rentals! Use
the private sand beach, heated pool, hot tub, restaurants, bar and
game room. It is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, just one
and half blocks from the house. You may also use the nine hole Key
Colony Beach Golf Course which is just four blocks away, or take
advantage of wonderful community walking trails, and Sunset Beach
park.

The kitchen and baths feature granite counters and every modern
convenience: dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge with icemaker,
microwave. Two bedrooms have new queen size beds, one bedrooms has
two new twin beds. Each of the three bedrooms has cable TV, as does
the large screen TV in the living room. The living room and master
bedroom TVs have a DVD/VCR player as well. All towels, beach towels
and bed linens are provided.

Key Colony Beach is a tropical paradise located next to Marathon
Key, approximately one hour north of Key West and two hours south of
Miami. Continental jet service is available into Marathon airport. Good
fine and casual dining, and a variety of shopping can be found right
in town. You will find fabulous fishing and diving here, and all
types of boating and water sports on either the Atlantic Ocean or
the Gulf of Mexico. You can swim with the dolphins or canoe through
the mangroves. The marina is just four blocks away.
