Very spacious house. All the comforts of home in this newly remodeled home that is set in
the treetops of the laurel highlands of Pennsylvania. Less than 2 miles to the entrance to 7 springs. Overlooking
the north facing slopes of seven springs. Walk out the back door
into 4000 acres of the wooded Roaring Run Nature area, which is part
of the 60,000 acres of the Forbes State Forest. Large deck with
fire pit and outdoor gazebo. Fully furnished kitchen. Two TV/VCR combo units. Large
front bedroom for the kids to play. due to insurance rules, fireplace use is not allowed. outdoor
firepit avail. Last minute discounts avail.
