Vacation Rental Description

This privately owned luxury condominium is located in the coveted 
Silver Mill House building at Park City Mountain Resort Center and is 
just a few feet from the ticket windows, PayDay Ski Lift, ski school 
and rental shops. 

Enjoy this spacious and newly renovated 2 Bedroom and 2 Full Bath 
Condominium with additional Convertible Bed (Sleeps 6 - 8).

Pamper yourself in the mountainside indoor/outdoor heated pool and 
hot tubs. Relax in the steam room, sauna, tanning bed and fitness 
room.

Resort shopping and restaurants are just outside your condo. Walk or 
take the free shuttle to the popular Main Street area to experience a 
fun evening atmosphere or historical mining town by day.

This beautifully appointed true ski in/ski out corner condo has a 
spacious family room with pull out sofa bed, balcony, large flat 
screen TV with CD/DVD player and front connnections for gaming. The 
fully equipped brand new kitchen has alder cabinets, granite 
countertops and stainless steel appliances, including microwave, ice 
maker, all cooking utensils, small applicances and dishware.

The master bedroom is large and bright featuring a king bed, TV, 
private steam shower and balcony with two windows which look out onto 
the mountains and plaza. The 2nd bedroom features two queen beds, TV 
and full bath. Two twin air mattresses and pump are also available 
for additional sleeping flexibility. A washer and dryer are in the 
unit and all linens and towels are furnished.

Computer with internet access and printer are available free to 
guests in the building. Step off the slopes for a lunch break back at 
the condo or for a quick change apres ski. Access is easy via the 
elevator or up one flight of stairs. You are within walking distance 
of all activities so leave your car in the free underground garage.
