Our spectacular three story, three bedroom, 3-1/2 bath villa,
professionally decorated with comfortable and tasteful furnishings
is located in the prestigious Barefoot Beach gated community on the
southwest Gulf Coast of Florida. Barefoot Beach has been named one
of the top ten beaches in the United States.

A fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite slab countertops,
built in refrigerator, microwave, double oven and every kitchen gadget imaginable. The balcony off
the kitchen/dining room offers a view of beautiful mature banyon trees and the bay.
Everything you could possibly need to enjoy a month of sun, sand and
relaxation will be at your fingertips.

Three master suites. Master bedroom has a king size bed and sumptuous bath; the other two bedroom
suites have queen size beds. Built in 2002, there is an
elevator inside the villa for your convenience. A few minutes walk
takes you to our private beach entrance where you can enjoy
incredible shelling, swimming in the warm waters of the gulf, watch
dolphins, pelicans & seabirds (we've even seen manatees!). Enjoy
beautiful sunsets on the community boardwalk bench with your neighbors. Walk 5 minutes
north to watercraft rental and a casual beachfront restaurant. Walk
25 minutes south to the Wildlife Preserve. Wonderful restaurants,
shopping & cultural events are nearby.
