In the beautiful city of Rancho Mirage within the 24 hour security
gated community. You are sitting right on the first fairway of
the "Dinah Shore Tournament Course" where they play the Kraft Nabisco
Golf Tournament. Our condo has 2 patio's, one of which is
very private with a chaise lounge, gas BBQ, table chairs and umbrella.
You can sit and drink coffee, relax and read the newpaper in your
lounging clothes or sit on the back patio, which is very large and
watch the golfers play on the first hole at Mission Hills. The back
patio has 2 very comfortable chairs along with a stone table and
umbrella that seats 8 people along with a place to burn a log at
night and gaze at the incredible stars.
Our condo is truly a golfers dream. Pictures of Jack Nicholas, Tom
Watson, Arnold Palmer, Fred Couples and many more. Our sunken living
room has 2 brand new large overstuff couches with a 36" Flat screen TV,
DVD/VCR. One couch has a fold out bed. A granite stone wet bar with
a mini fridge too.
Full dining room with a table that will sit 8 people. Dining room area
has a nice built in desk with Ethernet service or wireless service.
Also, you can make unlimited long distance phone calls in the US.
We have 2 master bedrooms, yes TWO. One has a King Size bed, HD flat
screen TV,double sink bathroom and a sunken tub/shower to relax in.
Also a laundry room with full size washer, dryer, fold out ironing board
and folding area. Our second master bedroom has 2 Double size beds with
a TV and it's own bathroom. If you have little ones or big kids, it is
the perfect private room for the kids to watch their shows or sleep in peace.
Both of these bedrooms are extremely private so if you want to take
an afternoon nap and escape, just shut off the room and dream.....
Our kitchen is a cooks dream~ Dark wood, very Tuscany feeling and
has everything from a fruit juicer to a wooden spoon. All the
appliances you need, gas cooktop and yes, another flat screen TV in the
kitchen. We love our kitchen and dining room. It also has a
built in desk and wireless computers get great connection or plug right
in to the provided internet service.
Our condo is an extention of our home. It is warm cozy, relaxing and
very private.

This is the best part, we are full members at Mission Hills, so you
will be able to have a guest pass and enjoy all the amenities of a
PRIVATE prestigious country club. You can enjoy breakfast, cocktail
hours, dinners and outragous special events as our guest. If you are
a golfer or tennis player, you can play at guest rates. Our spa/fitness
club has the state of the art fitness equipment along with full spa facitlity.
Our condo is an end unit and is very spacious. Over 1900 square feet
of living space. Beautiful tile floors and beamed cathedral ceilings
in our living room. Decorated with an Italian flare. The colors are warm
and makes you just feel good. Ceiling fans in every room and a large gas
fireplace in our living room. You have beautiful mountain and golf views
from our back patio. Our front patio is very private and the back patio has
incredible views. You can pick and squeeze your favorite citrus.
Grapefruit and orange trees all around the condo, limes in the front
patio area and all kinds of oranges thoughtout the complex that
anyone can pick. Both patio's have nice tables, chairs and
umbrella's.
2 Car garage and all the pool toys you need.
Flat screen TV in living room,master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and kitchen.
350 thread count linens on all beds. Hair dryer, full size washer/dryer in
the kitchen, refrigerator, gas range, diswasher, microwave,
blender, all kitchen pots, pans, everything you need to cook and enjoy! I
entertain all the time, so trust me, I have every gadget you need.
Pool towels, steps away to 2 different pools/hot tubs. We also have
mats so you can float away in the pool with the warmth of the sun,
beautiful palm trees swaying, blue skys, while your friends are home
in freezing cold,rainy,snowy awful weather......
Truly, we have everything you need except for your tooth brush, turn
the key and enjoy paridise..........ask and I will tell you if we
have it.
