This charming cottage was custom built, and is made from three different types of wood throughout the interior; which provides that cozy atmosphere of being upnorth. The cottage is located directly on Fife Lake and has a large yard that is actually fenced in 3/4 (not by the Lake). So, let your family enjoy the space for playing and entertaining.

Included with this rental is a 16 foot private dock, air conditioning, and wireless internet. The extras that really matter when you're on vacation.

Interior:

This cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, wireless internet and has air conditioning! The master bedroom has a queen bed, two bedrooms have full size beds and the fourth bedroom has a set of bunks that are full size on top and bottom (custom built). The bathrooms are full size and completely furnished with linens!

The kitchen is completely stocked and includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other kitchen amenities. A gas grill and grilling utensils are also included.

Exterior:

Large picture windows provide natural sun light and views of the lake. A gas grill and grilling utensils are provided, and located on a nice size deck. A large fenced in yard for privacy, entertaining, playing and relaxing!  A private dock is also yours to use right in front of your home!

Fife Lake is a small community that is located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City. The cottage is within walking distance to everything; including the grocery store, restaurants, public beach, and local shops.

Traverse City offers additional shopping downtown and beaches. Also enjoy the many local art galaries, fairs, movies, museum, and performances at the Opera House, Interlochen Arts Academy, and Playhouse.

June 19th - August 21st $1350.00 per week
     Weekly only please!
August 21st - September 25th $900.00 per week
     Weekends $450.00 2 nights, $525.00 3 nights
