Beyond the colorful sunsets, enjoy making sand castles and wadding around on the pure sandy beach, take a jet ski for a spin or go para-sailing (if you're the adventure type), dive into the outdoor heated pool or spa; or simply tour the area and then unwind in your in-room Whirlpool tub.

This condo features one bedroom with a queen size bed (a king bed will be replacing the queen bed in June) and TV, and a large bathroom with an in-room Whirlpool tub set in Cultured Marble for relaxing.  Tastefully decorated in beach blue hues, the living room faces East Bay and has large windows to take advantage of every second of amazing waterfront views; in addition, the living room houses a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping.  The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living room...and the views; the kitchen is completely stocked with everything that you need for dining and entertaining.

A first floor walk-out patio anticipates spending the morning with both you and your coffee...

Or, perhaps you take a few more steps outside your condo and walk for a bit on the beach and listen to the occasional sound of a trolling motor.  The beach is one of the "best", pure sand; great for sand castles!  Sit in a cabana and sip on a cocktail...you're on vacation.  Perhaps you may enjoy wind surfing or jet skiing for an hour or two?  Want a change of pace, but not into "adventure"; lounge by the heated pool or spa located just around the corner from your unit.

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested.

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, Horse Show By The Bay, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the downtown Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you`ll want to tell your friends and family about (as you`re looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

Seasonal Rates 2011/2012:

September 23 - May 18 $125/day (2 night minimum), $600/week

May 19 - June 15 $200/day (2 night minimum), $900.00/week

June 16 - August 18  $1,800.00/week (Sunday to Sunday only please)

August 19 - September 15  $200/day (2 night minimum), $1500.00/week

Monthly rate during October - June $900.00 per month (applies to longer term lease).
