Treetops Cottage in New Braunfels

Walk to Gruene from your back yard...rent a tube/raft or just hang out in the cool Guadalupe river.
Enjoy a concert at the Gruene music hall and don't worry about driving home...Eating and dining all
within walking distnace. Just down the road about 2 miles you can also enjoy the Comal river and
Schlitterbahn and all the other wonders of New Braunfels.

The Treetops Cottage sits on the banks of the Guadalupe River and is
a stone's throw to Gruene Texas, home of the famous Gruene Hall.
This is a new home that is beautifully decorated. There are two
bedrooms with queen beds and each room has a doorway to the veranda
looking over the river.There are two bathrooms, a living area with
two futons and this room has french doors that lead to a private
balcony. The fully stocked kitchen adjoins the dining area which
also has french doors opening to veranda. There is a large covered
area for grilling and outdoor entertaining.

This is the most convenient home on the Guadalupe River to Gruene. You will not find another river
home that is within walking distance...at least not this close! Our back yard backs up the rapids
that you see in Gruene when you pass over the bridge!

Home and Yard....This home was built in 2001 and is fresh and clean! We have kept things simple in
the house to reflect the whole reason for getting away. Being that we are so close to Gruene you
will enjly the fact that the house sits on stilts. You are literally up in the trees...hence the
name 'Treetops'. This provides plenty of privacy and a sense of nature. There is plenty of room to
spread out...with the two decks on each level and the bottom level under the home for rainy days
plus there is an area close to the river with a concrete slab and picnic table.

Each room (bedrooms, kitchen and living) all have a door that leads out to the balcony.

In your back yard you will find the Guadalupe River flowing by. You can get in here and enjoy
shallow running water, to the right you will find fast flowing rapids or go left for deeper calmer
water. Go upstream and float the river down to Treetops. There are two river outfitters right next
door. In Gruene you will find great food, great music, shopping and dancing. Within a few miles you
can golf, boat, antigue, and explore New Braunfels and the famous Schlitterbahn water park. The
Comal River is the river that flows through Schlitterbahn...you can tube that river as well.

Within 30-45 minutes you can find yourself in San Antonio, Austin, Wimberley, Canyon Lake and San
Marcos.

Peak Season: May-September: $365.00 per night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rate $1800.00.
There are price breaks after the third night.

Mid Season: April and October only: $300.00 per night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rate $1400.00
Monthly rate is $2500.00. There are price breaks after the third night.

Off Season: November-March: $250.00 per night with a 3 night minimum. Weekly rate is $1000.00.
Monthly rate is $1600.00. There are price breaks after the third night.
