Treetops Cottage on Guadalupe River & walk to Gruene in New Braunfels

Treetops is the most convenient home on the Guadalupe River near Gruene that you will find 

Walk to Gruene from your back yard and rent a tube right next door or just hang out in the cool Guadalupe River. Enjoy a concert at Gruene music hall and don’t worry about anyone driving home. You and all your family or friends will have the option to come and go as you please to the river and all that Gruene has to offer without needing to drive.

There are many wonderful places to eat in Gruene and you can be free of kitchen duties if you wish or enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor cooking area if you would like. 

Treetops is a newer home that is beautiful, simple and impeccably clean.

With two bedrooms including queen beds and a living area with 2 futons we can accommodate 8 guests. Each bedroom offers flat screen TV’s and there are two bathrooms. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room all have doors that lead out to a deck facing the river.

The Treetops Cottage sits on the banks of the Guadalupe River near the Gruene Bridge.  You can enjoy the shallow cool water while you bask in the sun, brave the rapids or swim upstream for calmer, deeper water.

We have kept things simple at Treetops to reflect the whole reason for getting away. Because we are so close to the river and Gruene you will appreciate this house in the trees. Being built on stilts our home sits out of site, up in the trees and offers a sense of nature that flows from the outside in. 

Large yard with plenty of room to spread out. 

Lots of deck space to just sit and relax.

Washer and dryer for all those wet suits and towels.

Nice BBQ pit, picnic table and chairs in a covered area...good for rainy days.

Flat screens TV's in each bedroom and a regular TV and DVD player in the living room and all have satellite service. 

You will more than likely stay entertained and excited with all there is to do in your backyard and never need to drive anywhere but if you do:

Within a few miles you can golf, boat, antique, and explore New Braunfels and the famous Schlitterbahn water park on the Comal River. Please make some memories at Landa Park and the spring fed pool if you find the time. Within 20-45 minutes you can be in San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, Wimberley or Canyon Lake.
