Our unit has been completely renovated. This complete renovation includes bathroom and kitchen, and dressing area with granite top vanity, sinks, faucets, shower valves, tile, etc. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter top, new sink, and all new appliances. The living room has a new sofa/bed and all new furniture, and an entertainment center with a 27 inch TV.

a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops full
sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range top and oven, toaster, coffemaker and more. Also a
full size bath and dressing area is there for your enjoyment!

Your condo is within a minute from the door to the beach gate. It is 135 ft to the water edge! A
short stroll to the beach. We provide all you need - beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels.
