Vacation Rental Description

Into the woods and at the end of the road, serenity packaged in an 
exquisite 4 bedroom, 2 bath log home is a delight to enter.  After 
removing your gear and depositing it in the inviting mud-room, the 
open floor plan flows from the kitchen into the dining room and 
expands even more in the beamed, cathedral ceiling living room, with 
a doorway to a length of-the-house, back porch and glorious views of 
colorful fields and the green mountains.  The only distraction, 
could be the four person hottub at one end of the porch.

Nestled in the woods and surrounded with gardens, this home exudes 
warmth and coziness, from the unobtrusive radiant heat to the form 
and function of a woodstove with a gravitational pull of its own.

The three, full size bedrooms on the second floor, each have their 
own charm and are augmented by a full bath, with tile shower/tub.

There is a meditation room on the first floor that can also be used 
as a guest room.

The recently renovated first floor bathroom has the feel of a 
rainforest which is dramatically emphasized by the tiled shower with 
overhead waterfall showerhead.
The washer and dryer are also located in the first floor bathroom.

This home, while elegantly understated, has all the electronic 
amenities that can enhance staying here; what a delightful choice: 
total peace and quiet, or as much activity as one desires.

Although nestled in the woods and very private, this home is minutes 
away from the village, or the world class restaurants and galleries 
on Mountain Road, and equally close to what many consider some of 
the best skiing in the east, Mount Mansfield.

This is truly a feel good home.
