right on RT 54 just minutes from the beach.  Summer weeks are filling up fast!  
Bayview Landing is the closest single family home community to the beach via Rt 54. We will include  
a parking pass which will allow one car to park beach block in the town limits of Fenwick Island.    
Ocean City, Maryland has free parking, also minutes away. It's easier than carrying everything to  
the beach on a hot day!   
 
Within walking distance of the sparkling pool and hot tub, you'll also find that you can bike or  
walk to the bay.  Smitty McGee's, Harpoon Hannah's & a Jack Nicklaus golf course are nearby along  
with a brand new Harris Teeter Supermarket that offers a shopping service.   
 
Linens and bath towels are provided in this fully furnished home. There is even a Pack n Play.  
Booster seat for the kitchen and family board games. Come relax! 
 
Over 1900 square feet of comfortable living space for everyone to spread out.  Enjoy sitting in a  
beautiful wicker set in the bright, cheery sun room featuring windows on 3 sides.  There are  
stunning vaulted ceilings in the family room and kitchen.  The family room is oversized and has a 37  
inch flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace.  Everything is located on the first floor with a  
very spacious loft upstairs(14X24).  The loft has 2 Full size beds and a TV/DVD player.  All of the  
upgraded matresses are Sealy Posturepedic. Wireless internet service is installed.  
 
Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted in the unit.  
Saturday-Saturday rental.

UPDATE** A deck & outdoor shower have been built.  The 4X8 shower has a foot bath for sandy feet  
plus a separate changing area with a bench.  The deck is off of the morning room.  Great for eating  
crabs!

Tons of golf nearby including a Jack Nicklaus course about a mile away.
