LBI CONDO:
***Please note: There have been significant updates done to the condo. We have replaced the carpeting in the living room with beautiful new flooring. The main bathroom flooring and vanity/sink has also been replaced. Both of these rooms plus the kitchen have been repainted. The living room and the eat-in kitchen has all new furniture. A new microwave and a new stereo have also been installed!***
Beautiful oceanfront condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Spectacular
Ocean views with large balcony off living room and Queen bedroom.
Beautiful updated kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile
floor. Two bedrooms each have cable television. One bedroom has a
queen bed. The other bedroom has two new sets of bunk beds. The
unit has two full bathrooms. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise and sound
of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom or covered deck.

FREE High Speed Internet Access. FOUR BEACH BADGES are provided at the
beginning of the season. There is no guarantee of their continued presence
throughout the summer, however this convenience is provided at NO EXTRA COST and we have NEVER had a single tenant not have them upon their arrival!
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning
and heat for all season use, flat screen TV in living room and color TV's in each
bedroom with cable, VCR, DVD player with a variety of movies on-site, stereo,
telephone, walk in closet, outside showers, and two reserved parking places (one covered).
Towels and linens not included.

Walking distance to parks, tennis courts, miniature golf, shops,
