Vacation Rental Description

La Estancia is a 5 Star private residence with a full time concierge
and staff ready to assist you at any time. Your residence is located
on the fifth floor with an outstanding view of the bay, Land’s End and
the pool area. You will enjoy a completely furnished, 2300 square foot
residence including the balcony, two bedrooms including a king sized
bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom; 3 modern
bathrooms, all with decorator stone shower tile, marble floors, and
granite counters. Each room has its own air conditioning and ceiling
fan controls, satellite television with U.S news and movies, VCR
players, internet access in the room and wireless access throughout
the resort.

Your residence includes:

    -Comfortable dinning and living area, balcony with chairs,
wet-bar, fans, table and chaise lounges

    -A fully equiped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/dryer

    -Health spa and gym, 5 Jacuzzis including 3 by the beach - one
with a gas fire pit

The workout area is over 3,000 sq. ft. of exercise bikes, tread mills,
climbers, stair steps, complete work station, and complete set of dead
weights. All in a clean environment with windows that look out to the
fountain area, French doors, Pirelli rubber floors and mirrored walls.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Villa La Estancia is located on Medano Beach so you will see the ocean
on your way to your residence. La Estancia operates on a 24 hour
schedule so check-in reception is available on your schedule. There is
an extensive room service menu allowing you to enjoy an exquisitely
prepared meal at any time.

The Concierge will provide assistance for any of your needs from
arranging golf tee times to restaurant reservations to arranging for a
deep sea fishing expedition. Help with local transportation and
service to the airport is available. Maid service is provided during
your stay. A special request...just call.

An Internet connection is available in the residence with wireless
access around the pool and the beach.   If you prefer, the Internet
café is located in the Deli next to the market. Have coffee and check
your email. Fax and document copy services are also available.

Security is provide throughout the complex 24 hours a day and on the
beach.

The pool is filled with wonderful water from a PH based cleaning
system (without chlorine). It has a waterfall and a special entry for
the kids...and a dolphin sculpture with a poolside restaurant.

Activities and Attractions

Cabo San Lucas is at the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula. To
the northeast about 20 miles away is San Jose del Cabo. The area in
between is known as the resort corridor and includes dramatic views of
the Sea of Cortez and world renowned championship golf courses. There
is something for everyone in Los Cabos from shopping to fishing to
nightlife to a quiet afternoon near the pool. The year-round
temperature averages 78 degrees.

Vacation Rental Rates

We rent only a few weeks a year in the winter, spring and summer
seasons. Our inventory is very limited.  Our rates vary based on the
time of year you would like to visit. Villa La Estancia is busy during
those times when Mexico on the beach seems like a great idea! We
discount for a seven night stay!

2005-2006 Rates for the two bedroom, three bath configuration for a
maximum of eight people.    Please check with us for Thanksgiving and
Easter availability.

We use PayPal and accept all credit cards.

January - April:
$415/night, $2615/week

May - August:
$360/night, $2394/week

September - December:
$345/night, $2142/week

Thanksgiving week: $2990
Christmas week: $3500
New Years week: $4500
