overlooking the cove and main channel of the Osage (near the Grand
Glaze Bridge). The condo complex was built in 2005. This particular
condo is located on the third level (elevator accessible) and is a
very desirable end unit. The condo consists of three bedrooms and
two baths.
Upon arrival at the Grandview Point condo, you'll immediately leave
your worries and cares behind. The owners have done a wonderful job
decorating and have provided all the comforts and amenities for a
home away from home. Through the Entry is an open floor planned
Living area, Kitchen and Breakfast Bar. The Living Room is supplied
with plenty of seating, cable TV, DVD & VCR, and even includes a
remote control for the electric fireplace. The Dining area(s) can
easily accommodate 4-10 people and the Kitchen is large enough for
several cooks.
The Master Bedroom Suite (queen size bed) overlooks the lake and has
a slider door that accesses the Screened-In Porch. Directly off the master bedroom is the spacious master bath with double vanities and a soothing
whirlpool tub. Off the Entry are two additional and very
accommodating bedrooms. The second bedroom is supplied with a
beautiful sized queen size bed. The smaller bedroom is equipped
with a twin trundle and twin size bed. Both the second and third
bedrooms share a hall bath with shower tub. All bedrooms are
equipped with TV's and have Cable access.
This property is handicapped accessible with elevator access to the
condo. The complex provides chair lift access to the centrally
located pool. The condo itself takes in a spacious view of the Lake
from the large screened in porch. The Screened-In Porch is easily
accessible from both the Living Room as well as the Master Suite.
The Porch is equipped with a charming bistro seating area, large gas
grill and additional seating/lounging for three of your favorite
guests. You'll easily pass the hours away taking in the Lake views
from this ideal outdoor setting. Unlike some condo unit, this rental
has access to a private boat slip (14'x 36') and rents for $10 per
day.

The spacious 1,625 square foot vacation rental is available year
around and features central heating/air, cable TV (even in each
bedroom), DVD, VCR, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron.
The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range,
microwave, refrigerator, ice-maker. Other features include weekly
trash pick-up, open parking, and furnished laundry room.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware,
flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are
recommended for children only and not that of adult usage. We are
also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter
packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products
(toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for
starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal
toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

If you want to be close to all the Lake attractions, this condo is
the place to stay! You are just minutes from the Lake of the Ozarks
State Park and have an easy drive (5-7 minutes)to both the Premium
Outlet Mall and Big Surf Water Park. Other attractions are easily
within 10-15 minutes driving distance, and a leisure drive to
the "quieter side" of the Lake is attainable in about 30 minutes.
