So close but OH so far away! This beautiful vacation home overlooking
the ocean with 24 hour security gated entrance and ADT security
alarmsystem has to be seen. Ocean, beach and spectacular views can't
be described. This fabulous location is three minutes north of La
Fonda-La Mission and three minutes south of the sand dunes of
Cantamar. There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size
bed, two other bedrooms have queen size beds, the fourth bedroom
sleeps 4. It has has a full bed and a single bed with a slide out
bottom bed.There is a fold out sofa on the second floor family room
that sleeps two. The home contains 2.5 bathrooms. You'll truly enjoy
this relaxing yet entertaining, home with vaulted ceiling and
backyard. You are on a beautiful beach in seconds. This 2 story home
with a 3rd floor deck has eye opening sensational views. The home is
completely adorned with ceramic tile.The rooms are hooked up to
Satellite TV and there are two wide screen TV's.

Week stay will average $105 a day
Month stay is $1700 U.S. dollars for non-summer months, summer higher

Security and damage deposit - $40 refundable
Cleaning Fee $30
*40% due upon reservation to hold
