Our villa is fully equipped for turnkey operation so you can begin your vacation the day  
you arrive. The villa is spacious and clean. Recently remodeled with new paint and carpet  
throughout. The villa is three stories with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Attached two car  
garage with space for jet skis or boat.  
 
The villas second floor family room and dining room area overlook the beautiful pool and  
hot tub. And most convenientl, located directly across from the beach path for quick and  
easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and boardwalk. A short walk down the boardwalk leads  
you to a Wildlife Natural Preserve and watercraft rentals.  
 
Rest and relaxation awaits you at Beautiful Exclusive Barefoot Beach. Located just steps  
from Barefoot Beach, you can experience magnificent sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico and  
watch dolphins,pelicans,egrets,and sea birds. It is the perfect place to walk, collect shells,
