Conchas Chinas in Puerto Vallarta

This beautiful villa has one of the best ocean views in Puerto
Vallarta, in the area of Conchas chinas about a half mile from
downtown and 5 minutes or less to the sand. There are 4 levels, on
the first level is the two car garage. This location cars are not
necessary unless you take a side trip. Going up the in-laid mosiac
stairs is the first level behind massive hand carved doors. The
Living room, dining room, kitchen, pool and patio, bedrooms,
bathrooms all have great ocean views. The living room has a large
buffeet, comfortable chairs and sofas, hand loomed area rugs over
beautiful tile, many plants. The library has a giant shell inlaid
into the wall with pebbles, hence the villas name Casa Concha which
means "house of shells". There are two sofas, bookcases with books
and games, large tv, vcr, and dvd, stereo. The ceiling in the man
floor are very high. The dining room has seating for 6 plus folding
chairs. The kitchen is very modern, yet charming. There is a large
frig, ice maker, 6 burner stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave,
toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker. over-head fans, marble counters,
and a large round wooden counter. There is a bar and bar stools, wine
rack. Off the kitchen is the pool with swim up stools, large patio
with built in barbeque done in tile, lounge chairs. Also on this
level is a full bathroom and pantry with washer dryer. Going up the
rounded stairs are two of the bedrooms. Both have kingsize beds, en-
suite bathrooms, patios, many plants rugs, paintings. In the larger
bedroom is a desk, chair set up for internet, also a second phone,
the first being in the library. The sofa makes into a bed for 1 adult
of 2 children. There is a second tv. Going up the rounded rosewood
stairs is the 3rd bedroom, also a kingsize canopy bed. The most
amazing thing about this bedroom is the 50 foot palapa roof covering
the library, this bedroom and bathroom. This bathroom has a large tub
with jacuzzi tub, shower. Off this bedroom is a pario with huge
potted plants, 6 lounge chairs and trellis. All the bedrooms are air
conditioned, the rest of the villa has overhead fans,
