Your Special Place Just steps fom the Beach in Ormond Beach

This cute comfortable cottage is just 1 block to the "beach access"
and the white sand "no traffic" beach. The cottage of course has heat
and air conditioning, plus a lovely breeze off the ocean most every
day. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a grocery store and
other sundries within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile).
Living quarters are CLEAN and comfortable, with breakfast nook in
kitchen, dining room w/ view of fenced back yard and furnished patio,
living room w/ color cable TV, and queen sleeper sofa; the 2 bedrooms
are furnished w/ queen-sized bed and color cable TV, and 2 twin beds
respectfully. In addition to the tub/shower bathroom, there is an
outdoor shower with hot and cold water, just outside the back door.
Also there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The cottage is completely furnished with all necessary linens,
kitchen utensils, place settings for 8, toaster, coffee maker,
microwave, range w/ oven and dishwasher, iron & ironing board, hair
dryer and basic cleaning supplies. Outside there is a charcoal BarBQ
grill, 2 beach lounge chairs, some beach toys and some beahch towels.
All you need to bring is your personal items. There is color cable TV,
a color TV w/ DVD, and a stereo w/ CD player.
There are a few books, board games and puzzles.

Activities are numerous and varying.
In general they are: fishing including deep sea; boating;
parasailing; swimming, shopping,
5 min. - Ormond Beach - Birthplace of Speed, Memorial Art Museum
& Gardens, Historical society.
20 min. - Daytona Beach and all the many venues in the Daytona area:
Nascar: ROLEX 24Hr.Race; Daytona 500; Daytona USA;
Pepsie 400; Turkey Rod Run; Biketoberfest; Bike Week;
International Festival; Theater, Symphony Society; Daytona Beach
Science Museum; Museum of Photography etc.
1 hr. - south of St. Augustine: the oldest city in U.S.;
San Sabastian Winery tours, "Ripley's Believe it or Not",
walking tour of old town and shops, Name Brand outlet mall
& shopping, lovely restaurants
1hr 30 min. - Orlando based theme parks (Disney World, Sea World,
Epcot, Universal

Rent by the week, Month, or Season

$550-$750 weekly $950-$1300 monthly

Special Event weeks are higher, call for availability and rates

Security Deposit: $200/weekly $500/monthly
Cleaning Fee: $75.00
***Security deposit due in advance to hold reservation. 50% due 60
days prior to, and balance due 1 week prior to arrival.

Off season rates - $550 plus tax per week, $1100 plus tax per month,
for dates May and 09/01 thru 12/15.

In season rates-$750 plus tax per week, $1300 plus tax per month,
for dates 12/16/ thru 04/29/ and 06/30 thru 08/31.

HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL EVENTS for one week are charged at higher rates.

Ask about discounts for multiple weeks or months.

If renting monthly - $100 in electric is included in your FULL RATE.
Unless arrangemnts are made, any additional useage will be taken from
security deposit.

This is a non smoking home. Smoking permitted outside only.

* House must be left reasonably clean with laundry & dishes washed
and dried and furniture in its original location or a fee may be
deducted from deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 60 days or less prior to, Security Deposit is forfeited.
Cancel 30 days 50% of additional monies collected are refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to all collected monies forfeited.
