pullout sofa in living room. New 47" and 32" flat screen LCD's with DirectTV and DVD. Wireless
internet, W/D, dishwasher, fireplace, large covered patio with BBQ, table and chairs. Beach towles,
beach chairs, umbrela, and DVD movies also provided.
Activities and Attractions
Enjoy beach activities just steps from your front door. Kayak and sail boat rentals close by. Walk
to Belmont Shore's popular shops, restaurants and bars. 10 minutes from the Queen Mary, Aquarium
and downtown Long Beach via car or the Long Beach Passport. 25 minutes to Disneyland and 45 minutes
to Los Angeles.
Vacation Rental Rates
Regular $1600/week; Summer and holidays (June 15 to September 30) $2300/week.
$500 refundable security deposit
and $200 cleaning fee.
