throughout. Enjoy the wonderful sea breeze, with views of the ocean 
and the tropical landscaped pool area from your patio seating. 
Entertainment center equipped with TV/DVD/CD player. Ocean view 
bedroom with a Queen size bed and raised television for easy 
viewing. 
A super comfortable queen size sofa bed is in the living room. 
Tastefully decorated fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool area is tastefully decorated with seating and lounge areas. 
Private ocean access from your pool area. Miniature golf is 
available 
by the pool, and barbeque grills are also available. Lobby area has 
a 
fountain, and it is tastefully decorated. It is suited for reading 
or 
greeting other visitors. Billiard room and sauna rooms are also in 
the premises. Security guard on premises 24 hours a day.

Activities and Attractions

Wonderful Sea Watch restaurant is right next-door and you feel you 
can practically touch it from your balcony. Fishing pier and the 
heart of Lauderdale by the Sea is 1 mile to the South, and Pompano 
Beach is a stroll to the North. Additional fine restaurants and 
shops 
are minutes away in Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Boulevard. 
Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Jet Skiing, Biking, Water Taxi, Golf and 
Tennis are available nearby. The Bus stop is right outside the 
building. Just 30 Miles from Miami and South Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 month minimum rental, $2,150 to $2,750 per month depending on 
season. Discount for yearly rental.
