Available for special event, year-round, seasonal, or weekly, rentals.
Completely furnished throughout with 2 bedrooms - one with full sized
bed, another with queen sized bed - and an additional new fold-out bed in 
living room. New couches, recliner, & lamps. Sleeps 6 with 1 bath, new shower & toilet.
Central A/C and heat throughout with large enclosed furnished rear
porch, screened-in front porch, and one car garage & remote opener
(room for car or motorcycles), work bench and many tools. 3 bikes in
garage (10-speeds, not Harleys) you can use for easy rides to beach or
fishing pier or tennis all right near by. Fishing gear, rods, gas BBQ, washer/drier in garage.

House is classic beach bungalow style, clean, well-maintained, recently
painted exterior, tiled roof, large indoor washer & dryer (new), new fridge,
microwave, stove & oven, portable gas grill, all new dinner
service for 8 including plates, cups, saucers, glasses, & utensils;
knives, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, bed sheets, and bath towels.           Includes 4 TV’s with cable, remotes, VCR, DVD, large AM/FM
stereo & tape player, telephones and overhead fans. Has beautifully
landscaped front and rear yards with palm trees, tropical plants, and
flowers. Terrazzo floors throughout.

The home is close to both ocean public swimming/surfing beach and
Halifax River (Intracoastal Waterway): walking distance (or ride bikes) to direct ocean access path and one block north of new Tom Renick Park with children’s
playground, tables, grills, bathrooms, surfing zone, and FREE
PARKING! Also, walk/bike to Intracoastal and public park with free
fishing pier and parking.
Just north is another large park with nature trails, free tennis &
basketball courts, barbecues and tables, and bathrooms. OR, use 3
adult male/female bikes, grab a fishing rod and gear (all in garage) & ride
to ocean or pier & go fishing or up to park & play tennis.
Home is just 1 mile north of Ormond Beach city limits, 3 miles north
of Granada - State Road 40, 5 miles from Daytona Beach city limits,
and 10 miles from the Ponce Inlet and lighthouse. No smoking indoors.
Well-behaved dog or cat allowed with pet deposit.

Located 5 miles from Daytona, it is also within 1 hour of Orlando,
Universal, & Disney facilities, the Kennedy Space Center, the Ocala
National Forest and Lake George, Saint Augustine, Jacksonville, and
multiple airports.
Also, this area offers many, many activities including surfing,
fishing, airboat and cruise-boat tours, para-sailing, jet skiing, sailing, snorkeling
& SCUBA, kayaking & canoeing, fishing, miniature golf, art & science
museums, tennis, and golfing and hydrobikes.

In Sept. 2005, the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in the world opened in Ormond Beach. Also, generally open all year are the Museum of Arts & Sciences, Daytona, the Starlight Princess inland waterway cruises, the Atlantic Center for the Arts, New Smyrna Beach, and various fishing tournaments.

We will give SPECIAL REDUCED RENTAL RATES for Spring/Summer months
= $900/month and Biketoberfest week = $800/week
$500 deposit within 60 days of booking, refunded after inspection
with full payment within 60 days of end of rental period. Payment by
cashiers check or money order - or personal check if time to clear.
Available year-round, monthly, weekly, winter high season, or for
special event weeks. Please enquire about other options. A local
rental agency handles all funds, deposits, taxes, transfers of keys.

Special Event weeks: $1200/week Biketoberfest Week = $800 
Other weeks: $500/for first week, $250 for second week
