This professionally decorated 2BR, 2BA Spinnaker Beach House is
bright and cheerful, the perfect beach house for a getaway with family and friends! The beach is just steps away, across the quiet street. A very quick and easy walk.(less than 200 yards.)  There is no need to hop in the car.

On the first floor you will find a large living room and dining area with cathedral ceilings, a guest room with twin beds, a full bathroom, and sliding glass doors to the screened in porch.  The eat in kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy your vacation!  Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen to the screened in porch and deck too! The living room has a sleep sofa. A roll away
twin bed is also in the unit. Located off the kitchen is the screened porch. The perfect spot for a relaxing, candlelight dinner or the morning cup of coffee. A large oak tree provides additional shade and privacy for the deck located off the dining room.

Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, TV, full bath and two decks to relax on with a good book or to catch the sun's rays.

Seabrook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from the
historic area of Charleston and adjacent to Kiawah Island. The
beaches are beautiful and never crowded. The island is gated and
secure, the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy jogging,
swimming in the ocean or pool, horseback riding, fishing, crabbing, kayaking or bicycling down the beach!   Bikes can be
easily rented. Planned activities are available for children.
If you must leave the island, Historic Charleston is approximately a
30 minute drive. Enjoy all the historic tours, carriage rides,
shopping and fine dining that Charleston offers.

Phones, VCR,DVD,Cable, 2 TV's, Micowave, Full Kitchen, Washer &
Dryer, linens & towels are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.  A roll away twin bed is stored in the unit.

Just outside the Seabrook gate is a marina with shops and restaurants
and a new shopping center with a large gourmet market, shops, a
beauty salon and spa.

Summer 5/23-8/14             $1450 per week,  $275/nt.
Late summer 8/14-9/11     $1200 per week,  $225/nt
Fall 9/11- 11/4                   $1050 per week,  $185/nt
Weekly rates include the cleaning fee.
Cleaning fee added for rentals less than 4 nights.
