Our professionally decorated 2BR, 2BA Spinnaker Beach House is
bright and cheerful, the perfect beach house! The beach is just steps
away, across the quiet street. A very quick and easy walk.(less than
200 yards.) The pool area, golf course, recreation
center and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is no
need to hop in the car. Wireless internet is provided in our villa.

On the first floor you will find a living room and dining area, a
guest room with twin beds, a full bathroom, an eat in kitchen, a deck
and a screened porch. The living room has a sleep sofa. A roll away
twin bed is also in the unit. Located off
the kitchen is the screened porch. The perfect spot for a relaxing,
candlelight dinner or the morning cup of coffee. A large oak tree
provides additional shade and privacy for the deck located off the
dining room.

Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, full bath and two decks.

Seabrook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from the
historic area of Charleston and adjacent to Kiawah Island. The
beaches are beautiful and never crowded. The island is gated and
secure, the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy jogging,
swimming in the ocean or pool, horseback riding, fishing, exercising
in the gym, crabbing, kayaking or golfing on one of Seabrook islands
two championship courses with a full service club house. Bikes can be
easily rented. Planned activities are available for children.
If you must leave the island, Historic Charleston is less than a
30 minute drive. Enjoy all the historic tours, carriage rides,
shopping and fine dining that Charleston offers.

Oue villa has a four star rating and is managed by a local real estate company. Personnel are
available 24/7.

Our beach house is managed by a professional rental company which
handles all deposits, payments and maintenance during your stay,
including 24 hr. check-in.

crabbing. Access to private beach club with pools, (one heated)
tennis center, fitness center and equestrian center. Activity center
for children. Seabrook restaurants.

Just outside the Seabrook gate is a marina with shops and restaurants
and a new shopping center with a large gourmet market, shops, a
beauty salon and spa.

Winter 10/6- 3/9 $900 per week
Spring 3/10- 6/9 $1150 per week
Summer 6/10-8/11 $1300 per week
Late summer 8/12-9/5 1050 per week
Fall 9/06- 10/5 $950 per week
Weekly rates include the amenity fee and cleaning fee.
