Relax in a fully renovated, beautifully furnished charming 1930s house in historic
downtown Prescott. Walk just three blocks to Courthouse Square for festive activities,
entertainment, boutique shopping, restaurants and historic Whiskey Row. Kids and pets
are welcome.
A luxurious two-bedroom 1600 sq. foot vacation rental apartment is available with a
private enclosed wrap-around garden. The tastefully furnished rental feautures a master
bedroom with a large walk-in closet, custom marble bath, complete kitchen with breakfast
nook, second bedroom with queen-sized sofa-bed, laundry room, home office area,
dining room seating for eight, and spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace.
We would like our lodging to remain a smoke-free environment. Therefore, we respectfully
request that if our guests smoke, they smoke out-of-doors.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Amenities include: central air/heating, broadband and WiFi, satellite TV with premium
movie and 130+ channels (a 32" TV in the bedroom and a 20" TV with DVD player in the
second bedroom, stereo, phones, a laundry room with washer & dryer, linens, towels,
wood burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, gorgeous enclosed garden. Private
parking for our guests.
Activities and Attractions
At a mile above sea level, Prescott is conveniently located in central Arizona, is
surrounded by national forests, and is within easy access to a variety of scenic wonders
and recreational activities. Winter high temperatures are in the fifties and summer highs
are rarely above ninety. And because Prescott is in the mountains, only 95 miles from
Phoenix, evening temperatures are cool.
Vacation Rental Rates
$900 per week, $2650 per month. Pets are welcome; $250 deposit required.
