charming living room with fireplace and satellite television, a queen-size convertible sofa, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a half bath. This completely equipped apartment rental does come with a garden area, a broadband hookup, linens & towels, a complimentary supply of paper goods and cleaning supplies and private parking.
We would like our lodging to remain a smoke-free environment. Therefore, we respectfully request that if our guests smoke, they smoke out-of-doors.

Amenities include: air conditioning on both floors, two 20" flat screen televisions connected to Dish network featuring over 200 channels plus premium movie channels, DVD player and library of movies, stereo, phones, WiFi signal for your computer, fully-equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances, linens and towels, and private parking.

Only 95 miles from Phoenix, Prescott boasts of winter highs in the fifties and summers with tempuratures rarely exceeding ninety. At an elevation of 5200 feet Prescott's evening tempuratures are pleasantly cool.
