Relax in a fully renovated, beautifully furnished charming 1930s house in historic  
downtown Prescott; Arizona's Christmas City. Walk just three blocks to Courthouse Square  
for festive activities, entertainment, boutique and antique shopping, restaurants and  
historic Whiskey Row. Kids and are pets welcome. Private parking for our guests. 
 
Enjoy the beauty of historic Prescott in a luxurious two bedroom 800 square foot duplex.  
On the upper portion is a cozy bedroom with a pillowtop bed, a full bath, and a second  
bedroom furnished with satellite television, a daybed and trundle. The ground floor includes a  
charming living room with fireplace and satellite television, a queen-size convertible sofa, a dining  
area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a half bath. This completely equipped apartment rental does come  
with a garden area, a broadband hookup, linens & towels, a complimentary supply of paper goods and  
cleaning supplies and private parking.  
 
We would like our lodging to remain a smoke-free environment. Therefore, we respectfully  
request that if our guests smoke, they smoke out-of-doors.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include: air conditioning on both floors, two new 20" flat screen televisions  
connected to Dish network featuring over 200 channels plus premium movie channels,  
DVD player and library of movies, stereo, phones, WiFi signal for your computer, fully- 
equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances, linens and towels, and private parking.

Prescott is conveniently located in central Arizona with easy access to a variety of scenic  
wonders and recreational activities.  Only 95 miles from Phoenix, Prescott boasts of winter  
highs in the fifties and summers with tempuratures rarely exceeding ninety. At an  
elevation of 5200 feet Prescott's evening tempuratures are pleasantly cool.

Vacation Rental Rates

$700 per week, $1900 per month. Pets welcome; $250 deposit.
