Adirondack Lake Front Cottages in Lake George

It's a little slice of heaven nestled on the banks of the Hudson
River in the Adirondack Region of Upstate New York. With easy access
to the Adirondack Northway, it is conveniently located one exit from
Lake George and is a short 20 minute drive to Saratoga and it's
infamous race track. With nearly six acres of private woodlands,
babbling brooks and exquisite views of the mountains, this unique
setting is truly a special hide-a-way that will enchant and relax all
visitors. The bank of the river is just a few short steps from the
porch and beckons to be joined by boat, canoe, kayak, or a daring
dive into the crystal clean water. Wildlife of all species abounds in
its natural habitat unspoiled by intruders and protected forever by
the Adirondack Trust. It is truly a private, enchanting environment
and playland for a family vacation with something to do for everyone
and every interest.

Private beach, barbeque, outdoor bonfires, paddle boat rentals, boat
rentals, canoe rentals. The cottages are both located right on the
banks of the Hudson River, fully equipped with full kitchen, stove,
refrigerator, one bathroom with shower, and screened porches. One
sleeps up to five with one double bed in one bedroom, twin beds in
the other, and a pull out sofa bed in the main living room. The other
cottage sleeps up to six and has one bedroom with full bed downstairs
and upstairs sleeping with three twins in the loft. There are also two pull out
sofa beds in the main living room. All towels and linens are
provided.
We have Satellite TV, radio, and DVD/VCR. We have electric
heat and fans for heating and cooling. No AC but you will not need
it. The evenings are delightful and we have ceiling fans to keep you
cool. The cottages are part of a private parcel and not associated
with a camp or resort. It is secluded but close enough to all kinds
of entertainment, outdoor sports facilities, and amusements. We have
a private beach, barbeque facilities available, a firepit for your
evening bonfires, and outdoor furniture and picnic tables for you to
enjoy. We have one paddle boat, three rowboats and one canoe
available for rent at $30 each per day or $100 each weekly. Electric motors can be rented for an addiltional $50 per week. The river
is not rough at all and the cabin is situated on a private cove which
opens to a large lake-like area (see photos). It is clean and abounds
with fish if you like to fish. We have hiking trails, bike trails,
swimming, and virtually every kind of outdoor activity you might like
within 5-10 minutes.
Let us know as soon as possible if you wish to rent it since we have
a lot of people booking weeks right now. Rental rates for 2010 for a
week in May-June 30 is $750, June 30-July 24th is $850, and July 24 through
September 18th is $950. Fall rates begin September 18th.  To secure the week you would like, we require a $100 refundable security deposit at the time you sign the lease. Then 50% of the rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival with the full balance due on the day you arrive. Total rent plus $100 security
deposit. Pets are welcome based on prior approval. Security deposit of $50 per pet required in advance and $50 per pet per week rental rate. Rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in/arrival
time is after 3PM and departure must be by 11 AM Saturday mornings.

Boating, great fishing, swimming, kyaking, tubing, hiking, moutain
biking. We have docks if you wish to bring your own boat and there is a free public launch nearby the property. Other attractions include The Six Flags Great Escape theme park, Lake Gerige Village, Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, other summer theaters and museums, fireworks in Lake George every Thursday,and scores of other summer attractions.

Required $100 refundable security deposit due when rental agreement is signed. $700 - $1000/wk; $155/day - 3 day minimum. Occupancy 4 adults.
Additional guests above 4, $35 per person/night limited to maximum
occupancy per cottage. Children 12 and under no additional charge
limited to maximum occupancy per cottage. Pet charge $50 per week per pet and $50 refundable pet security deposit.
