First floor bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs bedroom has two full beds.
"Loft" area upstairs has full sized futon bed.
Full kitchen with all appliances incl dishwasher.
Full sized washer and dryer.
Central A/C for those hot summer days.
Central Heat and Gas fireplace for those cool summer or fall
evenings.

Only 2 hours from Chicago, 40 min from South Bend.
Take I-94 to exit 30 (Napier Rd.) and go 15 minutes south. Only 20

May through Sept $1500 per week-  weekly rentals only please during this time

April and Oct $1000 per week -  shorter rentals available upon request

Holiday Week (Labor, July 4, Memorial Day) $1700 per week

to reserve your rental. Refundable up until 60 days prior to rental
period.Full rental fee due 60 days prior to rental period - nonrefundable.
