area of Southwest Michigan. 2 bedrooms with "loft", 2 full baths. 500 
acre all-sports lake with boat rental and marina. 
  
House it at end of street with large wooded property next door - a 
quiet and private retreat for your family fun. 
sandy lakeshore which gradually slopes away, perfect for family 
swimming. 
Extra large deck overlooks lake and woods. 
First floor bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a  
king. Upstairs bedroom has two full beds. 
"Loft" area upstairs has full sized futon bed. 
Full kitchen with all appliances incl dishwasher. 
Full sized washer and dryer. 
Central A/C for those hot summer days. 
Central Heat and Gas fireplace for those cool summer or fall  
evenings.

Only 2 hours from Chicago, 40 min from South Bend. 
Take I-94 to exit 30 (Napier Rd.) and go 15 minutes south. Only 20

top 
ten family beach - Silver Beach - along with shops, restaurants only 
20 min away.  Quaint downtown Dowagiac with antique shops,  
restaurants 
less than 10 minutes away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

May through Sept  $1500 per week     April and Oct  $1000 per week 
Holiday Week (Labor, July 4, Memorial Day) $1700 per week 
$ 500 reservation / damage deposit and signed rental agreement needed 
to reserve your rental. Refundable up until 60 days prior to rental 
period. 
Full rental fee due 60 days prior to rental period - nonrefundable. 
Discounts for rental longer than 1 week available.
