Kawama Yacht Club is an Oceanside Resort at Mile Marker 100 in the
heart of Key Largo. It is just one hour from Miami and is located
on the south border of John Pennekamp State Underwater Park which is
one of the only living corals in the USA. Located in the diving
capital of the world, Key Largo, Florida, this resort is near
popular restaurants, shops, fishing and diving charter. You can
walk to swim with the dolphins, and it is just 20 minutes away from
the famous Islamorada Tiki Bar and just two hours away from famous
Key West. The resort offers many amenities including a sandy beach
with chickee huts, barbecue grills, beautiful beach wooden chairs
and lounges, fresh water shower, a fishing jetty, a marina with
dockage, tennis
courts, a saltwater swimming lagoon, and pool.

This Kawama Yacht Club townhome is a corner unit with an
extraordinary view of the saltwater lagoon (lengthwise)as seen in
(Picture #4) taken from the townhome's balconies.
It has its own private side entrance (Picture #2) with a large
wood deck patio and barbecue area with chairs alongside a tropical,
and concrete patio landscaped with a large sitting area by
the saltwater lagoon.
Besides the front entrance, wood & BBQ deck, there is a
chickee hut with the paved patio and chairs to enjoy a relaxing
time, swimming in the lagoon, kayaking, barbecuing, or just enjoying
the wonderful tropical atmosphere.(picture #3)
If you look at picture #1, you will notice a diving platform and
ladder adjacent to this corner unit that makes this the ideal spot
for relaxation in the tropics.
It has a fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The entire townhome has been remodeled with new furniture and
decorated in an antique Old World, Captain's Decor reminding you of
the history of the Florida Keys.
This townhome is a three bedroom, (convertible to four bedrooms)
with the bottom floor conversions.
In the top floor, (3rd floor) there are two bedrooms, a master
bedroom with a queen size bed with a large balcony overlooking the
lake. The other bedroom has another queen size bed and balcony.
Both bedrooms have windows and the balconies have exceptional lake
views. A full bathroom is located on this top floor. The master
bedroom balcony is screened.
In the second floor is the kitchen with new stainless steel
appliances and two large balconies. One balcony offers an
additional barbecue area with a side lake view and the living room
balcony is screened overlooking the lake view and diving platform.
The living room area has a queen size futon if needed and there is a
1/2 bath in this floor for convenience.
In the first (bottom floor) there is a bedroom with a daybed and an
adjacent library filled with books and magazines for your pleasure.
Besides this room (adjacent and may be separated by closing door) is
a larger room with another daybed, and a full bathroom. In between
the two first floor rooms, wall dividers offer a small bedroom (4' x
8') with a small bunk bed, complete with storage area, TV and
Nintendo. There is a washer and dryer in this bottom floor and this
floor has its separate entrance as well as connecting to the top two
floors. Bedrooms downstairs have two airconditioning units,for
added comfort separate from the townhome's central air conditioning
unit.
All rooms and windows in this townhomes offer a beautiful waterfront
view of the saltwater lagoon in a three dimensional manner as it is
located on the end, corner turn of the lake. (see Picture #1)
Three televisions with cable, VCR's, DVD, and stereo with CD.
Bicycles, Kayak, linen, Golf Cart for Transportation, boat storage
and boat ramp are free to guests. Dock space may be rented if
desired.
Gated, 24 hour security entrance, pool, oceanfront sandy beach,
Chickee Huts and BBQ grills, Marina and Boat Ramp, Saltwater
swimming lagoon, tennis courts. You can fish, snorkel from our own
oceanside jetty.
