Come and Enjoy this 2 Year Young 3 Bed 2 Bath Condo that rests quietly on the bayside of the island. 
This new condo has three large bedrooms, the Master has a Queen Size Bed with its own private bath, 
the middle room has a queen size bed and the front room has a single and a set of bunk beds. There is 
another full bath located in the main hallway. All Rooms have their own TV's, we have Comcast Cable 
with HBO, you will be able to catch all the Phillies and Flyers Games.
The house is great for relaxing, there is a large great room that has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and two 
other couches, there is a dining area that is connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar, there is a 
sitting area and a large deck to watch fireworks on! The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the 
convienances of home (washer and dryer as well). 
There is a Two Car Garage and outside shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. 
The house is 6 Blocks to the center of the boardwalk and free beaches. An ideal distance to enjoy 
Wildwood and still retreat without the 24 hour noise.
