countertops and up to date appliances (microwave, stove, oven,
utensils, small appliances and more), 1 bathroom, complete linens
and even a washer/dryer INSIDE our unit (rarity in Dolphin Way),
which is very convenient. Air conditioned.

Monthly rentals only during the peak season of Nov-April.
Two week rentals are possible May-Oct. (No rentals less than two weeks)

April-May -- $3,000/month
June-July -- $2,000/month
Aug.-Oct. -- $1,750/month
Nov. -- 2,250/month 
Dec. -- $3,000/month
Above rates do not include: $75 Cleaning Fee, 11% Florida Sales Tax
and a required Damage Deposit of $500 (but is refunded if no issues)
Non-refundable deposit towards rent is required to hold the
reservation. Balance of rent, damage deposit, cleaning fee and
taxes due 60 days prior to arrival.
