We have stayed at this townhouse 3 times over the last couple of years for skiing and summer activities. It’s clean and very comfortable. It’s well equipped with extra linens, towels, cooking supplies, and washer/dryer. We liked the little touches such as supplying coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. The one car garage is very useful during the winter season to keep your car out of the elements and storing ski equipment. It’s a great value for the rental cost.

The location is fantastic. It’s an easy walk to main street Frisco where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone ski resorts are a 10 minute or so drive. For summer the lake is across the street for boating . It’s a great location for cycling as the bike path is only a couple blocks away. As avid cyclists, all the great mountain passes like Loveland, Fremont, and Ute passes are all riding distance away from this townhouse.

We highly recommend this rental!

Weekend in Frisco.

Listing was very accurate in describing this comfortable and clean townhome. Came up during the Frisco BBQ Festival weekend and loved the location to Main Street. Only down side to the location was the road noise (unit backs to 9), but the noise was quite minimal from within the townhome. The townhome rental was quite easy and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this rental and would stay there again. Thanks.

The skiing was excellent! Frisco is a great little town, we had so much fun. Your Townhome is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The one car garage is a life saver during snow. We'll be back!!!!
