Beachfront Pelican Watch in Seabrook Island

Our lovely and spacious (900sq ft.) beach front, four star rated villa is located on
the first floor of the pelican watch complex. There is a covered deck
which is just perfect for a candlelight dinner overlooking the ocean
or taking a break from the sun of the beach. The
sunsets are spectacular. Just out the back door is the boardwalk
which takes you over the dunes to a quiet beach. The villa is also
within walking distance of the golf
course, and pool/club/restaurant complex. No need to hop in your car!

The villa includes 1BR with a king size bed, cable tv and full
bath. The living room which provides an ocean view includes a big
screen television and a queen size sleep sofa. Adjacent to the living
room is a dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with all the
necessary applicances, dishes and utensils. There is a dining bar,
with stools which opens to the living room. This provides an ocean
view while standing in the kitchen. In the hallway there is another
full bath. A double roll away bed is also stored in a closet. The
villa is
non smoking. No pets

Seabroook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from
historic Charleston and adjacent to Kiawah Island. The beaches are
beautiful, unspoiled and never crowded. The island is gated and
secure. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy golfing on
one of the islands two championship golf courses with a full service
club house. Dine in one of the island restaurants. This villa
provides the renter with access to all the amenities of the club.
(Swimming in the clubs pools (one is heated), tennis, exercising in
the ocean front gym, horseback riding and golfing. There is a "kids
club" with planned activities for the children. Bikes are available
to rent.

If you must leave the island, Historic Charleston is less than a 30
minute drive. Enjoy all the historic tours, carriage rides, art
galleries, shopping and fine restaurants that Charleston provides.

Our villa is managed by a rental management company which handles all
deposits, payments and services during your stay including
maintenance and 24 hour check-in.

Located just outside the island gate is a marina and a new shopping
center with shops, restaurants, beauty salon and spa and a large
gourmet market.
