1339 is a lovely, spacious (900sq ft.) beach front, four star rated villa located on the first floor of the Pelican Watch complex.  Enjoy a candlelight dinner overlooking the ocean while watching a spectacular sunset!  Walk out the back door to the boardwalk which takes you over the dunes to the beach.  Walk to the Seabrook Island Club - golf courses, swimming pools, Pelican's Nest poolside restaurant/bar and Island House restaurant/bar.  No need to hop in your car!

The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable tv and adjoining full
bath. The living room provides an ocean view & includes a big
screen television, plenty of space and a queen size sleep sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a table for four. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary applicances, dishes and utensils, granite countertops & seating for two. Enjoy a view of the ocean while standing in the kitchen! Another full bathroom is next to the kitchen! There is even a double roll away bed stored in a closet for your use!

This is a non smoking,  No pets villa. 

Seabrook is a beautiful barrier island located 25 miles from
historic Charleston and adjacent to Kiawah Island. The beaches are
beautiful, unspoiled and never crowded. The island is gated and
secure. This is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with your family and friends!   Enjoy golfing on one of the islands two championship golf courses with a full service club house. Dine in one of the island restaurants.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent!  These cards give you access to the golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding, Pelican's Nest and Island House restaurants.  These cards cost $150/wk if not included!!!   During the summer, children's activities take place at the Club pool called Poolside Pandemonium for children 4 - 12!   Bikes are available
to rent.

If you must leave the island, Historic Charleston is less than a 30
minute drive. Enjoy all the historic tours, carriage rides, art
galleries, shopping and fine restaurants that Charleston provides.

Phones, Cable television (two), full kitchen with all the utensils,
appliances and dishes. Washer and dryer, linens, 2 full bathrooms
roll away stored in unit.

Weekly rates include the amenity fee and the cleaning fee.  10/5% SC taxes are additional.  A $200 refundable deposit is added - to be returned upon inspection of the villa after your departure, providing no damage has occurred.
