Summer  Jun. 2 to July 31        $3000 wk. or $500 nt. 3 night min.

Fall    Aug. 1 to Oct. 31        $1900 wk. or $400 nt. 3 night min.

4th of July $4000wk. *Contact us for  holiday rates.

Weddings $1000.00 for propery use 
Cleaning Fee $200.

$500 reservation fee

$100 Service Fee for all Cancellations. cancellations of less than  
30 days forfeit $500  Deposit
