• 3d floor - loft with internet access. 1 bedroom with a queen-size
bed (sleeps 2), 1 bedroom with two beds.

Vacation Rental Rates
Regular Weekends
• Regular Weekend - $850/weekend, $1,000/week
• Holiday weekend - $950/weekend, $1,100/week (Thanksgiving, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus day, President's Day, Martin
Luther King)
• New Year - $4,500
• Christmas - $1,500
Additional fees
• House Cleaning Fee $95
• Security deposit $300 (fully refundable if the house is left in
good contition)
• $25 per each vehicle (for the duration of the stay). Payable
directly to the local community association when you arrive.
Please note that Smoking and Pets are not allowed.
Towels, toiletries and bed sheets are not provided - please bring
your own.
