Luxury Three Bed Heated Pool Home w/internet in Spring Hill

This 2008 built home is situated in Spring Hill, only a two minute
drive from the entrance to Oak
Hills Golf Club.
It has a central air cooling/heating system to ensure the home is at
an ideal temperature all year
round.
We have furnished and equipped the home to a standard higher than the
average rental home. After
all, when on vacation, you deserve a few luxuries.
All (3) bedrooms have queen size beds fitted with luxury linens and
shams. TV/DVD players are also
in each bedroom along with fitted closets, night stands and table
lamps.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and WC
along with extra large closet.
The 'family' bathroom has tub, shower, WC and pool entrance door. No
need for wet feet into the
lounge!
The family room has a flat screen TV, DVD, CD and radio system, two
confortable sofas and space to
spread out.
The second 'snug' lounge has an armchair and sleeper sofa to provide
an additional sleeping area if
necessary.
Seprate dining area with large table and six chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with side by side refrigarator, oven, hob,
microwave, dishwasher, waste
disposal, enough crockery, glassware and cutlery to ensure nobody
goes without.
A heated 24' x 12' pool awaits keen swimmers. Loungers and table and
chairs are provided for outdoor
living. A gas grille is also available.

If you like your thrills at 1000 mph Cape Canaveral isn't much
further. It's home to the Space
Shuttle!

Orlando.
The Gulf Coast has fabulous beaches and excellent restaurants.
Spring Hill has the worlds oldest live mermaid show (Weeki Wachee
Springs)

Prices start from $600 USD for low season, up to $800 USD in high
season, per week.
Discounts for long term bookings are available.
Pool heating is an optional extra during the winter.
There is a minimum charge of one week.
A booking and security deposit is taken initially and is fully
refundable within 30 days of
departure subject to our terms and conditions. (Available on request).
