Welcome to Dolphins Pass! 
 
Come enjoy our home away from home and you’ll soon see how it got  
it’s name!  Experience breathtaking scenic views from both the front  
and back doors of our 5th floor air-conditioned, oceanfront condo.   
 
Our meticulously maintained luxury unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.   
The condo is decorated beautifully throughout with a light, airy  
living room, comfortable dining area, screened lanai, and fully  
furbished kitchen.  Whether inside or out, you’ll certainly get the  
feeling of being at an island oasis as you overlook the beautiful  
waters of Southwest  Florida’s San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
Our home is situated on the property of the world-renowned, 4 star,  
4 diamond, Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.  As part of this 85 acre  
oceanfront property you have access to spectacular amenities too  
numerous to count.  There’s something for everyone no matter what  
your interests.  Relax on our buildings private white sand beach  
while watching the marine life frolick just a few feet away.  Take a  
refreshing dip in our private pool or a soothing soak in the hot  
tub.  With an outdoor shower and separate restrooms you may never  
have to leave! 
 
If you do feel the need for a change, head over to one of the hotel  
pools and experience another captivating view, just from a different  
angle!  Take a stroll through the many nature trails on premise or a  
jog through the quiet mangroves.  If you need more adventure, rent a  
jet ski, boat, kayak, or charter your own fishing  boat  for an  
unparralleled ocean excursion.   Don’t miss the dolphin cruise  
departing daily from the hotels fishing pier.  Always a fantastic,  
funfilled experience for young and old alike. 
 
When your stomach tells you it’s time for a bite then it’s time to  
make a decision!  Choose from one of the hotels 7 dining options  
from casual to elegant, or head back to the condo kitchen to make  
your own.  With all the kitchens numerous amenities, and  
conveniently located supermarkets, making meals will be a breeze.   
Especially when you get a magnificient view while doing so!  If  
eating on the water is your thing, reserve a spot on the hotel’s  
Princess Cruise ship for a mouth-watering dinner by sunset, or a mid- 
morning Sunday brunch.  For extra options you can always take a trip  
into Ft. Myers, Sanibel, or Captiva to visit some more top notch  
restaurants with outstanding cuisine.

right place.  Pamper yourself with one (or more!) of the world-class

facility, they’ll be sure to please.  In addition, after booking a  
spa service , you’re entitled to use their newly renovated, state-of- 
the-art gym.  The spa staff can also steer you in the right  
direction to make tennis accomodations on thier professional clay  
surfaced courts. 
 
When you’ve had your fill of sun and fun, take a short trip down the  
street for some fabulous shopping.  You can go from the outlet malls  
to department stores, from specialty stores to upscale boutiques.   
Go the other direction, over the causeway, for some more incredible  
shops, galleries, and jewelers for an unforgettable experience. 
 
During your stay, don’t miss the opportunity to witness at least one  
sunset from our secluded lanai.  Make a tropical concoction, lie  
back on the lounge chair, put your sunglasses on, and relax!   
Spectacular is an understatement!   
 
When you feel like venturing off resort grounds, a short drive over  
the bridge brings you to the unspoiled beaches of Sanibel and  
Captiva.  If you like the feeling of being at the end of the earth,  
surrounded by crystal blue water, and millions of shells, then this  
is your paradise. 
 
Golf, golf, golf!  We can’t forget about golf!  With over 100  
courses in the immediate area there are plenty of links to satisfy  
even the most discriminate player. 
 
The J.N. “Ding” Darling Reserve, one of the largest and most unique,  
is not to be missed when visiting the Sanibel area.  The tropical,  
lush, Southwest Florida topography, along with the warm, clean  
waters, are home to many species of wildlife (eagles, brown  
pelicans, white pelicans, and alligators) and marine life,(dolphins,  
manatee, and a variety of local fish including tarpon, snook,  
grouper, and snapper), many of which you’ll see daily right from the  
lanai of the condo!

King bed (master), twin beds (second suite), full size sofa and love  
seat, mirrored living room wall for added brightness, full sized  
ironing board,  tile floors in kitchen, baths, and lanai, wall to  
wall carpeting throughout other areas,  fully supplied kitchen  
(stove, refrigerator with ice maker,  microwave, coffee maker,  
blender, juicer, disposal, toaster, dishwasher, all cookware,  
utensils, plates, etc…), Roman-style deep bathing tub, elevators,  
handicap access, parking, cable, high speed internet connection 
3TVs, VCR, DVD player, CD/stereo, fax machine,books and games,  
telephones, plenty of storage space, and vacuum cleaner. 
 
Make yourself comfortable at Dolphin’s Pass!  We’ve thought of  
everything to make your trip complete.  From blenders and juicers in  
the kitchen to high end linens and towels in the bed and bath.  From  
oversized beach towels, coolers and “noodles” for the pool to  
folding chairs, sand toys, and shovels for the beach.   Starter kits  
of soaps and supplies are provided for the kitchen and baths, as  
well as, hair dryers, night lights, fans, extra blankets, and  
pillows.  A stacked washer and dryer are another added convenience  
when vacationing.  Also, available in the condo, is a compiled list  
of all of the area attractions and activities that are suitable for  
a variety of ages and tastes.  
 
Most importantly, we want our home to be your home.  We only rent  
selectively so it remains available for us to use when we’re able.   
This home is our dream come true and we treat it as such.  We have  
yet to find someone who hasn’t loved it.  We feel confident that  
you’ll love it too and that you’ll have the vacation of a lifetime!   
We are hands-on owners who are always available, if needed.  In  
addition to a property manager in the area, we maintain local  
service contracts for any unexpected occurances.
