7300 Estero Blvd, Ft. Myers Beach. Wonderful panoramic views of the
Gulf of Mexico and beaches. This community has 3 buildings with a
large fresh water pool that is heated and 4 clay tennis courts.
Shuffle board courts as well - these are all included in the rental
of the condo. Enjoy direct beach access that offers beautiful
beaches as well as wonderful shelling and sunsets.

This is a non-smoking unit. Patio located on ground levels for
smokers.

Completely furnished and updated condo with a full kitchen equipped
with everything you will need. All linens and towels are provided as
well. Large bedroom with a king size bed as well as a queen size
sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a large closet and bathroom off
the bedroom.

1 Large heated fresh water pool.
4 clay tennis courts.
2 shuffle board courts.
2 Outdoor Gas Grills
Washer and dryers are located on the first floor in each building.

Golf course, Marina, Shops, Grocery and restaurants located accross the
street and walking distance.

Across the street is Fish Tale Marina which offers boat rentals,
fishing boat rentals or charters, dinner cruises and site seeing
cruises as well. Attached to the marina are restaurants and unique
shops for a wonderful shopping experience.
A short walk down the beach offers jet ski rentals as well as
parasailing. Downtown Ft. Myers Beach (just a trolly ride away) are
more restaurants, shopping and a public beach. Wonderful spot for
spending the day, lots of activities and entertainment.

security/reservation deposit is required with all reservations.
