We stayed at the Enclave during our vacation to DisneyWorld and Universal. It was the first time we have ever rented a condo/hotel and wasn't sure if it would be suitable to our needs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay though we did encounter some challenges.

The first room we were assigned to was on the 3rd floor though we had originally requested for a top floor, lake view room. Our view was the parking lot. Since we did not anticipate spending a lot of time in our room, we were ok with not getting the previously requested room.

However, by the middle of our stay, the carpet in our room was soaked when we returned from a day at DisneyWorld!!! Apparently, there was a slab leak in the other condo across our room and the water had seeped thru the hallway and into our room. We called the front desk twice and they sent a maintenance person soon enough. Due to the stench, Hannah (the manager on duty) immediately found another room for us. Fortunately, it was only 2 doors down as we had to move all our things to the new room to allow them to clean up our 1st room. It was not an experience we relished having spent an entire day of walking and waiting in line at DisneyWorld. But we had no choice.

Hannah was very helpful and offered to send someone to help us move. We declined her offer since it was our personal preference not to have someone else go thru/carry our things.

The 2nd room we got had a smaller vanity and cupboards that were not easy to open but we managed.

Overall, we'd still give a 4-star rating to the Enclave due to its location, the quick service of the grab & go breakfast bags, the responsiveness of Hannah, and the overall price.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers

Enclave -- Excellent location

We arrived Christmas Eve to the Enclave and were greeted well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We rented Rm. 1112, bottom floor, 1 bdrm. The room was clean and enough space for our family of 4 (for sleeping not socializing). Yes, a bit outdated decore and not a 5 star by any means but we were going to all the parks everyday and weren't in the room except for late in the evening to sleep. We picked up our little bag for breakfast every morning with a piece of fruit, pastery and juice for each member of my family. Nice little breakfast for a light eater. If you don't expect luxury and new, this place is great. Location is EXCELLENT and quiet for the price. I would return to the Enclave we had a great experience.
