Rustic cottage nestled among tall pines on west shore of Cayuga
Lake near Ithaca Yacht Club,
four miles from Ithaca and Cornell campus. Minutes from glens and
gorges of Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls, Treman Falls State
Parks and 16,000 acre Finger Lakes National Forest. Minutes from
Cayuga wine trail, summer repertory theatre, antique shops, golf
courses; 45
minutes from Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, Corning Glass
Museum
and one and a half hours from Rochester, Syracuse and Lake Ontario.
38 mile long Cayuga Lake is in the middle of the geographically
unique Finger Lakes region, marked by eleven parallel lakes and
surrounding farms, hills, waterfalls, glens and gorges, the Finger
Lakes wine trail and charming
small villages and towns.
Cottage has wrap around deck with expansive views over Cayuga Lake,
perfect for early morning sun breakfasts or evening barbecues. Two
bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, and day bed in
living room. One bathroom with tub and separate shower stall.
Kitchen with ample eating space and appliances.
Completely furnished, including pillows and blankets. Guests need
only bring sheets, pillowcases,
towels, and washcloths.

Lake access down about 50 stairs to small private dock suitable for
canoes,
kayaks, sunfish, and picnic area at lakeshore. Owner's canoe and
adjacent beach area available for guests. Parking for two cars or
more.
Amenities include wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen ( no dishwasher),
electricity, cable tv,  water chlorinator, charcoal
grill, games, books,
blankets, quilts, and pillows. No smoking indoors; well-behaved
pets
acceptable at guest's risk. No land phone, though hookup is
available at guest's expense.

Swimming, fishing, boating (small craft), picnicking, hiking,
historic sites,golf,
fairs, Cayuga wine trail, fine dining, relaxation. Cornell and
Ithaca College campuses
and scenic parks nearby.

Rentals from Saturday to Saturday, in at 3 p.m., out by 11 a.m.,
June through October @ $900/week. Rate includes all utilities
and trash collection, cable TV and wireless internet.
10% discount for three weeks or more. Inquire about fall and
spring,
and Ithaca College and Cornell Graduation and alumni weeks ($750,
three night minimum). A 50%
security and damage deposit is payable at time of reservation,
refundable (minus $75 process/re-list fee) up to
90 days prior to reservation. Weekly rent in full is due on day of
occupancy.
Deposit is fully refunded on day of departure, when cottage is
vacated in same condition as on
