Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished quiet corner penthouse overlooking garden and
fountain. Why live in a tower condo? Live among beautiful, peaceful
gardens, fountains and tropical decor located in the heart of 
downtown Cityplace. Mediterranean architecture, dancing fountains 
and Royal Palm lined walkways accent West Palm's most popular 
destination. Save money on gas and car expenses. Footsteps to 
everything. Perfect as executive retreat, vacation or just great 
place to live.

Condo is decorated in tropical decor. Has 9 foot ceilings, crown
molding and decorative trim. Building has plant and tree murals
throughout public spaces to give it a resort feel. Washer and dryer 
in unit. Leather sleeper sofa allows room for additional guests. 
Pots, pans, silverware,glasses, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, george
foreman grill and linens included.Also 5 speaker entertainment center
with dvd, stereo, 6 cd player and two 27 inch cable TV's provided.
Cordless phone with free local phone service is in unit. Remote
control wicker fan also.

an electronic keyless lock for easy entry. Codes are changed in 
between tenants for added safety.

Vacation Rental Rates

Preferred rental of at least 1 month.
Weekly rate $750(offseason) and $900(season)

Monthly in season Oct-Mar(less than 6 months) $2700 (Total Cost). 
Includes fpl,cable,taxes, amenity fees, HOA fees, water and sewage

Monthly greater than 6 months and Offseason (April-September)$1650/mo
(Total=$1500 rent+$150 for utilities) 

Monthly less than 6 months Offseason April-September $1750/mo 
(Total=$1600 rent+$150 for utilities)

Ground floor furnished corner unit also available $1500/mo + 
utilities offseason and $2700/mo in season. Will e-mail pictures on request. Newly renovated 
kitchens and baths in both units (granite tops, wood cabinets and undermount 
sinks).  

Comfort, convenience and proximity to shopping, dining and 
entertainment that you won't find in a hotel. Especially for an 
average price less than $100/night.(applies to rentals greater than 1
month). Hotels downtown charge ~$200/night + fees offseason and 
~$300 night + fees in season.

minutes away so key transfers are easy. Either one of us can provide 
a detailed tour and description of amenities so your stay will be
maximized. Also deposits can be given back within a week in most 
cases instead of waiting 30 days. As a result no agencies or 
realtors needed.

Cancellations greater than 30 days of arrival will receive full
deposit refund
Cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeit of deposit
