Vacation Rental Description

This (2) bedroom (1) bath condo is located on the first floor facing  
West Avenue.  We are about 2 blocks from the beach in a very quiet  
part of Ocean City. We have central air, dishwasher, washer & dryer,  
(3) color TVs, (2) VCRs, (1) DVD player and a microwave. The condo  
is non-smoking but has a small screened porch where someone can  
smoke.  There is a cold water rinse shower outside the front door  
for easy removal of sand.  We have (1) dedicated parking spot behind  
the building with additional street parking.  Linens and towels are  
not provided.
