popular "Windwood Bay" community of secluded and luxurious homes,  
less than six miles from Disney's doorstep in Davenport, Florida.  
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this elegant vacation home is  
perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests in splendid  
comfort.

"Palace in Wonderland" is one of the exclusive holiday villa's to

Windwood Bay. This is due to the no expense spared fittings,  
fixtures, furniture, accommodation, games room and leisure  
facilities, seven TV's including a large 55 inch screen TV, DVD,  
VCR, Playstation 2, stereo, karaoke machine, DVD's, books and FREE  
local, long distant and international phone calls (USA, Canada,  
United Kingdom and Ireland), and extensive garden landscaping. 
 
"Palace in Wonderland" offers a spacious relaxing family room, just  
off the state of the art kitchen, where you can watch the 55 inch  
cable TV with DVD/VCR/Stereo, or enjoy yourselves in the upstairs  
den with 36 inch TV, Playstation 2 with games, karaoke machine with  
discs, board games and books. If you are looking for "peace and  
quiet", chill out in our spacious and quiet entrance lounge. 
 
The sports themed games room has a fabulous full-size eight-foot  
pool table, fooseball table and air hockey table, relax at the bar  
stools and table and look at the stunning full size sports stars  
murals while waiting for your turn to play. The games room has two  
baseball themed ceiling fans to keep you cool while playing. 
 
The enhanced pool design has two waterfalls, fibre optic multi- 
colored lighting, sun shelf and raised bubbling spa. The sun- 
drenched South/West facing extended landscaped pool deck area gives  
sunshine right through to sunset and gives ample space to play  
around the sparkling pool, relax on the sun loungers or dine al- 
fresco under the shaded lanai area. 
 
The gardens are well maintained with the front, rear and large side  
garden lavishly landscaped with tropical plants, shrubs and palms.  
Additionally, privacy in the pool area has been recently maximised  
by surrounding the screened area with tropical flora. 
 
Sleeping at "Palace in Wonderland" is as comforting as can be, with  
two king-size master bedroom suites, one with a jacuzzi spa tub, a  
third downstairs queen-size suite and two twin bedded rooms.  
The sofas in the den or the lounge can be converted to queen-size  
sleepers as required. All bedrooms are furnished to the same high  
standard, all have cable TV, with 1x27"TV, 2x20"TV's, 2x14"TV's,  
ceiling fans and alarm clock radios. All bed linen and towels are  
provided and all four bathrooms have toilet, bath, shower and all  
have hair dryers provided. 
 
Nearby is the impressive Champions Gate where your find shops, a  
pharmacy, fast food, supermarket, gas station and nearby golf  
courses. The opulent Omni Hotel Resort is right on your doorstep  
with its 5 fine dining restaurants, fabulous championship golf  
courses designed by Greg Norman and has the David Leadbetter Golf  
Academy®. The Reunion resort is five minutes away with its three  
championship courses for you to enjoy. 
 
Our excelent local management agent is located only 2 minutes away  
where you have FREE use of their computer cyber cafe. The main  
highway, Interstate 4, is only a few minutes away where you can  
drive to Disney Theme Parks within ten minutes and visit a multitude  
of shops, restaurants, shows and absorb the vibrant Florida  
lifestyle and sunshine, once your there the world is your oyster.

This villa is strictly non smoking (except the patio) and sorry no
