couples. A short walk away is North Mountain park, where there are
trails for biking and hiking.
The condo is in a gated resort community adjacent to the Pointe
Hilton Resort. The complex contains 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and
basketball courts. There are ten golf courses within a 7 mile
radius and is centrally located in the North Phoenix area.

We provide a welcome basket upon check-in and provide breakfast for
your first morning. The condo is fully furnished and equipped and
even includes a porta-crib (Pack & Play) and highchair for a
baby.

Some of the amenities on the property include gated security,
covered parking, barbeque grills, tennis and basketball courts. Ten
golf courses for the ultimate vacation experience. The waterpark at
the Hilton resort is within 1.5 miles and can be used for a fee of
$10 per day.
The condo is fully furnished and includes central air conditioning,
central heat, fireplace, local phone, cable, dishwasher, refrigerator,
and a full-size washer and dryer.
Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with queen beds, triple dressers
with mirrors, TV with VCR and walk-in closets. All of the
furnishings are of the highest quality.
