Welcome to Villa San Marino, One of Marco Island, Florida's Premier
Estate Vacation Rental Homes. Villa San Marino is a Large five (5)
Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home, 3200 sq.ft. on one of Marco Island's
largest properties located in the Estate area. The villa sits high on
a hill with an Estate-Like feel surrounded by a walled entrance, lush
gardens, fruit trees and the entire property is surrounded with a
wall like ficus hedge to give it that Estate Feel. This house is
like no other rental you will find on Marco Island. The pool has true
WESTERN EXPOSURE and is 43 feet long and 14 feet wide, 8 feet deep at
one end and is electrically heated. The separate Spa can seat 8
persons and is heated by propane for quick temperature. The lanai has
several levels with several tables, chairs and lounges for your sun
worshipping pleasure. This house has beds to accommodate 10 persons
and arrangements can be made to sleep more. The house also has a
extremely large kitchen table with 8 chairs and can fit up to 12 with
no trouble. If some of your party wants to relax with some peace and
quiet, we have a separate living room to just do nothing if you want.
The house also has a separate dining room too. There are two outdoor
tables on the lanai along with a grill. Our Lanai is larger than some
Marco Island homes!
Don't be fooled by small, average Marco Island homes jammed on a
small lot with 8 feet around the sides and rear of the house, that
claim to be 4 or 5 bedrooms when they are not. What good is a 4
bedroom rental if the only common area is one small family room that
can't sit 6 people on the couch. Villa San Marino is truly one of the
larger homes (3200sq.ft.) on Marco Island, on one of the largest
properties (3/4 acre), with a large back yard and a large front yard
with a huge circular driveway. There is room to park 20 cars on the
property if you had too. Did I mention the 3 car garage.
You can see from our pictures our Villa San Marino is a large estate
home like no other. Let the kids play outside with comfort or bike
ride through the Marco Island Estate Section and sightsee through the
10 million dollar homes down the street. Villa San Marino has all the
comforts of home that you're accustomed to. We have high speed
internet access, Linksys wireless-G (no computer) Internet telephone
VOIP with unlimited calling in the United States and 2 plasma HDTV
televisions (42" & 55') along with 3 LCD 20" flat panel televisions
and dedicated Fax. We are definitely setup for the high technology
world as most of you will need.
