2 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled condo located  
5 minutes from Orlando Airport in Sienna Place Condos on SOuth  
Conway Road.  Just 15 minutes from downtown  
Orlando.  Just 20 minutes from theme parks.   
 
First floor unit, granite counters, cherry cabinets, S/S appliances  
with laundry in unit.  Located adjacent to pool and patio area.  New  
clubhouse with state of the art gym at your disposal.  
 
Unit will be fully furnished with brand new furniture and  
electronics as of Jan 16, 2007. All linens and kitchen/household  
items will be provided.  Master bedroom has a Queen bed.  Second  
bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle.  
 
Pack and play is available and there are a few toys in the unit. 
 
There are many stores in the immeadiate area.   
 
It is a 45 -50 minute drive to the beaches (Coco or New Symrna.)   
 
Downtown Orlando has many activites and is 15 minutes away.  Great  
dining options, sporting events, and a nice park surrounding a lake  
with a walking/rollerplading path, and a large playground with  
restrooms.   Street fairs are often held in this area on weekends.  
You also have trendy Thornton Park - a great for coffee, dining,  
shopping right near downtown. 
 
Also closeby is Baldwin Park, a residential community with its own  
town, and several parks including baseball diamonds, soccor fields  
and biking paths.  Great for running, picnicing or flying kites.   
Basketball courts and tennis courts can be found here as well. 
 
Not far you will also find downtown Winter Park.  Great shopping,  
dining, and nightlife.  There is a pottery painting studio here -  
fun for kids - its open late.  Also, there is Winter Park Village,  
which is an outdoor shopping/dining destination.
